Welcome to Departemento Calle Constitucion 335! My studio apartment is geared towards the experienced Puerto Vallarta traveler who is looking for a high-quality place in the heart of Zona Romantica / Old Town, approximately three blocks to the beach. My home away from home makes for a great crash pad, or a long-term rental. There is one full block between the apartment and the strip with all the entertainment venues (Code, CC’s, Flamingos, Margarita Cantina, La Noche, Pacos, Industry, 69, Reina’s, Wet, The Corner Bar, Act II) and close to all the area’s best restaurants and the Malecon. This ground floor unit is tucked away in the back of the building and there is no bar noise.  No stairs to the unit, and located in a flat part of town (no hills or stairs). Many stores and pharmacies within blocks. This is a quiet complex, purposely. 

 
Some of the features of the unit are: King size bed, new mattress (medium firm), furnished kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, Keurig, new smart (Roko) TV, firestick loaded with Express VPN, Youtube TV, Netflix, and HBO, a work station with computer monitor screen for your laptop (bring your own HDMI Computer adapter, HDMI cable is here). Air conditioning. 35 MBPS wifi speed test. Gated entry, security camera system in entry and hallway.  

Save money and time by conveniently eating breakfast or lunch at home. Get breakfast, and/or fresh squeezed juice, smoothies, protein shakes right out the front door at Juice Land.  There are very economical laundry places in a block each direction, very inexpensive and quick.
